Tony Tadasa, a long-time member of and driving force for Tyler Sister Cities, passed away in September, 2021.
He will be remembered as a soft spoken, selfless individual who always worked hard to further the mission of Tyler Sister Cities.
Born in Japan, he came to the United States to study at Tyler Junior College, and there met his future wife, Kathy.
His ability to speak Japanese was essential in the relationship with our Japanese sister city, Yachiyo.
Tony will be greatly missed!
