Tyler Sister Cities Presidents

The Tyler Sister Cities Corporation got life in 1982 with Tyler Mayor Norman Shtofman serving as its first president.

The president presides at all meetings of the executive committee, board of directors, and membership. They also sign all official instruments and appoint members of standing and special committees.
